By booking with Awili Safari Adventures, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read carefully.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure.
Cancellations made more than 60 days before travel receive a full refund of deposit; later cancellations incur fees as outlined.
Comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and cancellation coverage, is mandatory for all guests.
We follow strict eco-friendly practices and expect guests to respect wildlife, local cultures, and the environment.
These Terms of Service govern your use of Awili Safari Adventures' website and booking of safari tours. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Awili Safari Adventures reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To book a safari, you must complete our online booking form or contact our team directly. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive your signed booking form and the required deposit.
We will send a confirmation email with your itinerary, invoice, and pre-travel information. Please review all details carefully and inform us of any discrepancies immediately.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the tour start date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), or secure online payment link. All banking fees are the responsibility of the client.
Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The following fees apply based on notice period before the tour start date:
In the event we cancel a tour due to unsafe conditions, insufficient participants, or force majeure, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of all payments made.
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all entry requirements for the countries visited, including valid passports (with at least six months validity), visas, and vaccinations.
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability is mandatory. Proof of insurance must be provided before departure.

We understand that plans may change. Requests to modify your itinerary (dates, destinations, accommodations) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
All modification requests must be submitted in writing. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability, especially during peak season.
Any price differences resulting from modifications will be invoiced or refunded accordingly.
You are welcome to take photographs for personal use during your safari. However, please respect the privacy of others.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
