East Africa offers incredible wildlife diversity:

The Big Five:

  • • African Leopard

Other Highlights:

  • • Giraffe & Zebra
  • • Cheetah & Wild Dogs
  • • Hippos & Crocodiles
  • • Primates (Gorillas, Chimps)

Important: Wildlife viewing is not guaranteed as animals are wild and move freely. However, our experienced guides know the best locations and times for optimal sightings.

East Africa is a year-round destination, but timing affects your experience:

Dry Season (June - October):

Best for wildlife viewing as animals congregate around water sources. Great Migration in Masai Mara (July-October).

Short Rains (November - December):

Fewer crowds, green landscapes, good for birding. Some afternoon showers.

Calving Season (January - March):

Wildebeest calving in Serengeti/Ngorongoro. Predator action peaks.

Long Rains (April - May):

Lower prices, lush scenery, some roads challenging. Good for photography.

Our recommendation: Each season has unique advantages. We'll help you choose based on your interests, budget, and preferences.
